Shipping Policy — INTERIM Body Sheets

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Australia only.

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days, $9.95 (Free over $50)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, $14.95 (Free over $50)

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary based on location, particularly for regional and remote areas.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, INTERIM is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@interimbody.com.au and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. INTERIM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@interimbody.com.au and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. This policy will be updated if that changes.
